Questions

What should I send?

Start with 5–10 recent invoices or one month of shipments: carrier invoices (PDF) or a shipment report from your TMS or carrier portal (Excel or CSV). A larger history helps us evaluate recurring lanes and seasonal patterns. The most useful fields are origin and destination ZIP, weight, freight class or dimensions, accessorials and what you paid.

I don't have my files handy. Can I still request it?

Yes. Choose “I’ll send my files later” on the form. We’ll email you a private upload link so you can send them whenever they’re ready, from any computer. You can also reply to that email with the files attached.

How long does it take?

Typically 24 business hours. Very large data sets or invoices that need manual reading can take a little longer; we'll tell you if so.

What does it cost? Do I have to switch?

Nothing, and no. You get the analysis either way, and you decide what to do with it.

Is my data kept private?

Yes. Files go to private storage, are seen only by the Armstrong team preparing your analysis, and are never shared with carriers by name.
